And i played nightmare last night. Went on from nightmare to hell. With berserk barb and bowa, separately.
So i do the ancients. I forget about nightmare and fire enchant on monsters, i don't check their modifiers. They get 1 each. I keep swinging away like a dumbass with once upgraded bonesnap, doing good damage, taking about 10% hp off each swing. But not aware of the danger ahead.
I have about 1500 hit points max, 1300 real time. I kill korlic first, quite easily. Madawc keep throwing axes, i don't quite remember if he targeted me or merc, since we were aligned. But suddenly i go from 1300 to 100 hit points as i kill talic.
Slam 1-4 frantically, got rejuvs on 4 and rejuvs life fast. Also run away fast. Luckily i don't get hit by madawc while on 100 hp, it would have ko'd me. This is hardcore, not to forget.
And i've done about 200-250 traviruns in nightmare, and always stayed away from geleb flamefinger.
So refresh my memory. Why does the fire enchanted explosion deal so much damage in nightmare?
And one more thing too. I decided to test out griswold in hell again, after being one hit ko'd once a previous season on my 1000 hit point zon. I was naturally amp'd, 1800 hit points. He did damn well about 1000 hit points in one swing. He does 49-147 damage in hell. Doubled by amp. I don't remember, but he must have been extra strong. I noticed, he did very variable damage, took a few more hits, didn't do that much every time. But it's something to keep in mind. He can do high damage. So don't tank him carelessly ^^ Lol.
