Long story short. All the 40 or so games, including D2R and D3, that I have digitally bought on my original Switch I can transfer to the Switch 2?

Yea,also some games will have upgrade packs like Zelda botw and totk can get 4k upgrade with some other stuff without having to re buy if you already have

Sounds great. I'll try to pre-purchase the Nintendo Switch 2. Nintendo has gotten a lot of my money since I first got my Switch for Christmas in 2018.

If they had new mainline Zelda or Pokemon I'd be all over it though
