1. So I got my Character Sheet Profile Load Out.

2. There is lots of work to be done.

3. Clean Eating.

4. Gym 6 days 1 week, 1 day off.

5. Need to lose 30 pounds of fat.

6. Need to Gain 8.2 pounds of muscle.

7. This is going to be a rough one.

8. I weigh 198.5 pounds (90.038085 kilograms), I am 5 foot 11 inches tall (180.33999999999997 centimeters tall)

9. See in body sheet for more information below.

10. This is my baseline, I need to get down to 185 pounds and while doing that gain 8.2 pounds worth of muscle.

Your math doesn't check out for losing fat vs gaining muscle

A great lean weight for 5'11" is around 190 lbs but you'll need to gain alot more muscle
