So I'm just gonna say this is terrible don't do this
C-spine isn't build to handle loads and you're just going fast not actually training the muscles
neck fibers including trap fibers are included in movements such as deadlift, incline press, overhead press, bench, everything near that area really, go slow with good form, feel the fibers, extend & flex with control. Do neck drills without weight, or just body weight while laying down. The neck fibers are only tensioned properly when you have complete/very good shoulder mobility
