Ugh i was so hungry xp hehe lol ^^ Just went through my freezer, reorganized it. Just figured out a brilliant freezer strategy. You put vegetables, meat, bread, desserts, anything in the different food groups, or however you choose to organize it, and put it in plastic bags. That way, you can simply take all the bags out, find what you want, and put the bags back in, within 30 seconds, without having to rummage around and it all being a friggin mess in there. Sometimes even i surprise myself ^^
So i found some barbecue marinated pork ribs. Goddang that is tasty. And i also found something i made quite a long time ago, Ndundari, inspired by this video:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LP0J7cI9YIQI made them a bit different, with some strange cheese i bought in sweden .. which wasn't very tasty .. so the ones i made was quite bland. But with the butter along with the rib fat from the meat, there you have it, just great combination! ^^ And fulfilling. I used wholewheat flour to make them healthier.
