Why can't i rewind like all other "live" streams or pause the video and go back to"real" time?

Because not all live streams are "live". I fact, according to the universal constant, ZERO observations are "live" there is a "ping" or delay in the light reflects off an object, and reaches the observer.

cause its not live, they just play it over and over so people can feel like there having a real experience, for better indoctrination for the kids who watch 20 seconds of things and think they know. That video has been playing for years and look at the upvotes - that's the number of kids who got fooled.
