No way I get involved in something where I don’t have enough control of my holdings. Plus land value generally doesn’t decrease. Buildings do. Investing in buildings is a gamble and leaves you vulnerable the same as the stock market.

Have 100k net worth is easy.
Hell, I got over 10k just in vintage video games.
Also have 6 for the power 9 in MTG, including a beta black lotus.
And the complete Todd McFarlane Spider-Man run, including 1st appearance of venom.
And the complete infinity wars series, all 1st edition.

To be fair, I got all these 30 years ago before they ballooned up.
