Well its poorly explained but i think your idea is if your at the base of the Chicago tower and see the sun set - you can rush in the tower, take the express elevator to the observation deck and see the sun set again? Is that correct?
If so I dont see how that would be a proof for ball Earth as that works fine on the Geocentric flat earth as the sunset is a result of seeing past the Horizon and if you travel higher the horizon would be further away.
Sound like you dont understand how the sunset works on flat Earth. Many people dont know.
