The stick method requires understanding of geometry and how to determine space based on the angle of shadows etc.

But the most simple method is just to move up and down. Say you see the sun set at 8pm, this is when the light from the sun is at a tangent to the earth where you are. However, if the earth is round (as it is) then moving up would mean that you can see the sun set again since the sunlight would need to tangent the earth further ahead for you to see the sun set. This however would not work if the earth is flat.
You do not have to do this because you can see that people living at the burj al Khaleefa have different sunset times based on how high they are and so the muslims have to break their fast at different times (they break fast at sunset).

Edit (therefore you can see the sun set more than once ;) pretty awesome)

I already explained Corrpernicus' method and the height thing. Srsly mate, don't waste your time. He won't change his mind no matter how ridiculous he's proven to be. I don't think he's even capable of understanding anything without a youtube video anyway.

I gave the most simple method there is, if that's not enough i could always give more proofs.. My only problem is, if he is smart enough to understand what im saying.
Edit: if that it the case, then this is a fallacy of personal incredulity: Saying that one finds something difficult to understand, it is therefore untrue.
