Parallax calculations are based on a curved earth , which assumes that because the shadow during a lunar eclipse is round it must be that of the earth and selenelion eclipses (where the sun and moon are both above the horizon proves the the earth is not the cause for the shadow) If you dont assume the earth is an oblate spheroid of a pear shape with an equatorial bulge of 14 miles high, the calculations are nowhere near your inflated numbers.

Secondly objects in the sky dont change size like objects on the ground and is known as vertical perspective or astral perspective.
Why doesn't an airplane change size as it crosses the sky?
Thirdly as the Sun crosses the sky - its angular resolution is affected by increasing layers of moisture in the air and any slight change in size is nullified by humidity magnification.
