the one thing about comparing is that jones is never on his A game

he's a trouble dude that doesn't dedicate himself for long. He's an F student that shows up and aces the final

Izzy is much more motivated and disciplined

so Izzy may end his career pretty damn impressive but I think Jones with personal and professional discipline could have been something just about nobody could reach
