I definitely buy sporadically. I've got plenty of bottles that I'll not open unless someone special comes to visit.

That's partly what makes a lot of these bottles special; thinking of what moment I might justify opening them.

Always have a special bottle ready for when the time is right.

That's how you should go about it imo.
