Because they're relative to reference points. 17,500 mph relative to the surface of the ground. 66,000 mph relative to an arc on the plane of the ecliptic. Don't try to use the word/s relative/ly when you clearly have never demonstrated an ability to understand it/them.

Id say that someone who beliefed that would be relatively stupid unless you got an observable repeatable testable tangible experiment you can reproduce here on earth
