What kinda person cares so much about what another person is wearing. I have a really good therapist I could give you her number but she is high end might be outta your price range. You certainly need one
You’re welcome Aho! If you stay healthy and wanna gain strength it’s actually pretty crazy how good pushups are. They activate lots of muscles and are an incredible workout. If you wanna gain strength go for sets of no more than 15 and ideally you want to be dead at 15. So if body weight 15 is easy put a backpack on with some weight and increase the weight as you go.
Push-ups are a great way to build strength for pull-ups too and pull-ups are fun and cool!
When I was really in shape my favorite was hand stand pushups. Such a fun thing to just be able to do. (can lean against a wall to start learning)
I am looking for a slower workout at first since I was in shape for quite a few years but just got stuck in a rut with life. I'll probably buy some basic stuff to help work outs go easier. I'm not as young as I was last time so just some things to help certain parts not get injured. I got hurt a lot as a kid and it wasn't a big deal until I got a bit older.
I don't want to bulk up or nothing, more function than anything. No one in my house can do any physical labor but me so would be nice to have more muscle when I do things.
I knew back when I was actively going to the gym that less weight more reps = more definition and more weight less reps = more definition
Dog is going to the vet today but after I'll probably check around for stuff. Appreciate it man. Also best to just ignore others, you seem like a good dude so best not to waste your time.
