Google body weight workouts or body weight exercises, no need to spend money unless you’re trying to build mass. Tbh you could do a super simple routine of push-ups, planks, squats, and a dynamic ab movement exercise and it’s all you’d need if you’re just looking to stay healthy and trim

What kinda person cares so much about what another person is wearing. I have a really good therapist I could give you her number but she is high end might be outta your price range. You certainly need one

You’re welcome Aho! If you stay healthy and wanna gain strength it’s actually pretty crazy how good pushups are. They activate lots of muscles and are an incredible workout. If you wanna gain strength go for sets of no more than 15 and ideally you want to be dead at 15. So if body weight 15 is easy put a backpack on with some weight and increase the weight as you go.

Push-ups are a great way to build strength for pull-ups too and pull-ups are fun and cool!

Camo is ugly and it takes a certain type of person to wear it, especially if they were never in the military, which is why Camo is cheap/clearance in stores, because only a certain type of person likes it.
