I've had people who tell me what others suggest but most people I know that work out have done it for so long they forget what is a good starting point anymore.
Calisthenics are your friend.
Google body weight workouts or body weight exercises, no need to spend money unless you’re trying to build mass. Tbh you could do a super simple routine of push-ups, planks, squats, and a dynamic ab movement exercise and it’s all you’d need if you’re just looking to stay healthy and trim
