What you need right now is prayer. I'll pray for you right now. Pray with me death_knight:

Heavenly Father, you are our lawgiver. That’s what you say in Isaiah 33:22. We pray right now for death_knight that he would want to follow you God.
Father we ask that death_knight who is against you would feel guilt, Lord, that he would realize that it’s folly and he would realize that he is going to Hell Lord.
Hell is real. The lake of fire is real. People weep and gnash their teeth forever and ever. The fire is not quenched. The worm does not die. It’s a miserable place.
Oh Father all of your ways are just and all of your ways are righteous. We submit to you right now.

Father we pray that the fear of God would fill death_knight and that everyone would say that anybody that is against God is an evil person.
Father this is what our founding fathers believe, this is what your word teaches and Father, we trust in you right now to raise up death_knight.
Vengeance is yours so we trust in you LORD, we rely on you and we hope in you and now we pray this in Jesus’ name amen.

Thank you for praying today, please tune in next time and may God bless and keep you.

Pray for me if you like I have nothing against that..

Just know that being agnostic is the only logical choice for my life and I am content going to my grave with this decision as my only goals in life are peace and honor and both of those do not require a life of service to a deity

You seem like a nice guy and I wish you the best but we are opposite ends of the spectrum and will never see eye to eye

Take care

You will regret that decision and it will be too late when you realize. Also, you do not know when you are going to die. You could die in 3 days time while driving. You could be going to the Bank when it gets held up by armed robbery and so putting you in a hostage situation.

You do not know what the next 10 years will hold for you. I know of someone who died at 21 years old while simply driving home for dinner.

You fool, being agnostic is a very illogical choice as a fool says that there is no God.

Your confusing atheism with agnosticism

Agnostic simply means that whether or not god exists is unknowable and until I die it is a waste of time to ponder things that cannot be proven

No man can predict the future and what happens upon death, they think they can buy they really cant

What you said is true but you forgot the second part: God can predict the future and knows what happens upon death. Even better is that God has told us in the Bible these very things.

You can rest assured that you can put your faith in God.

How is calling him a fool okay? He actually said you seem like a nice person and wished you the best. But you, a faithful believer, stoop to name calling because someone doesn’t believe as you do? Why can’t you just be happy with your own beliefs and leave well enough alone?

I know who I would prefer to engage in conversation with.....it would be the person wishing me the best and not the person calling me a fool lol. Good job exposing your ideological brainwashing!

What a fool.

How can I put faith in something I consider by definition unknowable?

Frankly if a person's religion (or lack of..) causes them to be a better person then it is a success, furthermore every follower of a belief will then consider that confirmation of the ideology because but has benefited their life (mentally) and it's an innate response to reject evidence against their belief because it will shake the very foundation of who this person is

Imagine for a moment you are totally wrong about God, Christianity etc.

Who are you then as a person?

Psalm 14:1 - For the director of music. Of David. The fool says in his heart, "There is no God." They are corrupt, their deeds are vile; there is no one who does good.

The truth hurts doesn't it?

This passage answers that question:

1 Corinthians 15:12-19 - But if it is preached that Christ has been raised from the dead, how can some of you say that there is no resurrection of the dead? If there is no resurrection of the dead, then not even Christ has been raised. And if Christ has not been raised, our preaching is useless and so is your faith. More than that, we are then found to be false witnesses about God, for we have testified about God that he raised Christ from the dead. But he did not raise him if in fact the dead are not raised. For if the dead are not raised, then Christ has not been raised either. And if Christ has not been raised, your faith is futile; you are still in your sins. Then those also who have fallen asleep in Christ are lost. If only for this life we have hope in Christ, we are of all people most to be pitied.

Then we keep on reading:

1 Corinthians 15:20-22 But Christ has indeed been raised from the dead, the firstfruits of those who have fallen asleep. For since death came through a man, the resurrection of the dead comes also through a man. For as in Adam all die, so in Christ all will be made alive.

I don't think you really thought about my response because quoting some scripture just makes you a zealot

Yet the scripture answers your question. If you have a problem with what is written then that has nothing to do with me.
