You may not have had the intention of stealing the package, however your story shows evidence that is what happened, and you suspected the delivery driver was commiting a crime. "Evidence in your own words"
Did you ever file a police report for trespassing? Did you contact Amazon to report that they were sending criminals to your building? Or did you just do what you wanted, knew that was best, and then decided to go on topic and of topic here?, multiple times.
Are you done breaking the site rules? Had you been in Texas that delivery driver is going to have other rights to exercise when invited onto private property, and someone steals from them or there local neighbors.
