You need to ''own'' a house to get good net worth.

Net worth will grow aprox 830 coins per month, even when the mortgage is only 400
for about everyone in my family owning a house

500000coins/25years/12months/2persons=833

The best investment is property. Especially in the US. The value of the land alone on all my properties this year increased by insane amounts. Almost doubled even.
