I don't get it

White men/women were enslaved/murderd in the Ottoman empire between the 15th and 19th century.
Who do I contact for this? I'd like reparations; I have student debt to pay off.
There's also some literature on Great Britain's slave trade called "White Cargo" if you're ever interested.
