It’s more of a dynamo driven by convection in the outer core (from radioactive and/or chemical and/or solidification heat release in the inner core). Motion of the conducting liquid in any tiny initial magnetic field would produce tiny currents which would produce larger magnetic fields and so on.

But you can call that ‘magic’ since you can’t comprehend the explanation.

Submit a counter-argument other than: ‘it’s pseudoscience if I say so’. Prove that Earth’s magnetic field does not exist, or can’t be caused by the reasons previously discussed. Do you know the implications of a non-existant magnetic field?
