well they aren't constantly accelerating , if they did, they would all be going a billion miles an hour - they are constantly experiencing acceleration. The earth they say is going 66,600mph + or - 8000mph
I dont think science can answer why it varies , but idk for sure - havent seen any answers for that.

little g is just the term we call the acceleration due to gravity on earth measured to be ~9.8m/s^2. It's nothing more or nothing less. G is just a universal constant, it's not a variable dependent on mass. The value of G does not change when we use the moon or the earth for an example.

Everything in the observable universe is in a state of acceleration and this can be observed in the expansion of the universe.
What can't science answer, why things accelerate at different rates due to gravity? that's really simple to answer. If this is what you don't understand please clarify and I'll explain.

Newtonian physics is used when it's applicable, the difference in the measurements using relativistic is negligible under most conditions.
