So water doesn't refract light, but here's a quick answer for why it refracts light! Flat earth proven.
The water itself is not refracting the light, it is at the point the light comes out of the water and hits the different density in the air it it is bent
And you cannot use water and light alone to create a rainbow indoors - you need an actual lens ( Like glass and water is )
This is why your own video you posted explains this and your misunderstanding of your own video will always make you a special snowflake.

The is no such thing as a curve lense, their is a curved lens - but i suppose you dont know the difference and while a wide angle lense can be used to make flat thing looked curved - I dont know how they can be used to make curved things look flat, can you show me a picture of a flat apple taken with just simple photography and no other tricks?
