What I want is for every police officer in America to be extensively trained in de-escalation techniques, rather than taught the gorram "Warrior Cop" mantra. Criminals don't need to die for justice to be served, and the innocent sure as fuck don't need to die like this.

The whole reason cops are like that is because they always have to be scared the person has a gun
