same here, it takes a lot of eating to not lose weight even when im not jogging regularly
pls no precious gainz rip'd cuz not enough calories
but i do occasionally jog cuz it feels good

the eating is why i fall off track so easily, i simply cant eat enough during the day if im at work
sip on some liqud calories
