Never understood that "free work" thing. Why wouldn't free work be enjoyable? What kind of hobby that you like leads to payments? I genuinely enjoyed my time until a certain time.

I think IT is a fun hobby outside work and in. Nets payments.
I don't think internet forum janitorial services would be fun for free.

I enjoy figuring out integrals in calculus, which others might find very tedious. I think it's okay to have a variety of things you like doing.
