Felony stop lol, this all allegedly happened a day beforehand (the pd clearly felt there was no urgency) and the guy was chilling on his front lawn. Yeah he's a retard, but that doesn't mean the cop was justified in executing him; there was no real reason to think that this guy was running to get a gun or that they were an immediate threat to anyone by fleeing into their own home, so lethal force should not have been used.
I for one am glad that this trigger-happy maniac is now facing justice and no longer in a position of power, god bless America!
there was no felony, no judge found him guilty. An officer power tripped when the dude refused to show ID at a stop and got out of there. The cop hunted him down and k1led him. His intent was scene based on the escalation of events, by that we see the kid innocent.

Also there was missing information. Apparently the previous day he was attempted to be pulled over but he fled. That warrants a felony stop, which involves guns drawn. You think they should have just let him run into the house and do whatever he wants? Like maybe grab his own gun?
I'm not saying it was the best outcome, but if you have guns drawn on you by officers, you really think it'd be a good idea to just run away? That's a pretty fucking stupid thing to do. Especially after you've already fled from cops and been accused of domestic violence. Of course they're going to do what they need/should do to make sure everyone else is safe.
