Local. Always eat local. I buy an entire cattle every 8-12 months. ~ local farm
Chicken eggs are $3/dozen from a friend that has chickens.
She has duck too so I get a dozen duck eggs for $5

I really try not to shop in stores at all. Processed garbage. I want it straight off the farm I personally have visited.

I also eat a lot of duck, moose, elk, deer, etc from hunting season. Which I butcher myself and process.

I've never actually tried quail eggs tho. Its on the list of to-dos lol
