I think you can get like 10 people online with each gig of ram, however idk if the extra four cores of cpu will do anything
They both clocked at 2.4ghz but can be overclocked to 3.1
The orange pi just has 4 extra cores clocked at 1.8

Also is 128 gig sd card the right choice?
I can afford the 256 gig card for like 30$ more but I hear the shelf life of an sd card is pretty low
