Tell me how I can put an egg in the oven and have it come out, cooked, without it being cooked. It was a raw ingredient that was introduced to heat and is now safely edible. How is that not considered cooked just because it was an oven and not any other heat source device?

Raw eggs are safely edible. With or without raw edible flour, butter and baking soda.

The process of baking is not the same as the process of cooking. Only time I use flour is for roux
