There is some alternative motive he wants you to go to Omegle.

There are known video loops you can run on Omegle and some people even pay money for good ones.
There are also known IP trackers you can run on chrome extension while on Omegle to see peoples location.
This is most likely the case.

No the stupid IP tracker on omegle is lame. Just tells me your IP street address and city. It's done to freak people out.
