It's certainly inevitable. Chaos always leads to destruction followed by a restoration of order in the long term. Either the whole system fails due to disrepair of physical lines, or it is forcibly ordered and controllled. Also China, one of the three hegemonic powers, already does it and it's already partially done currently in the American regime
