The reason Chivas won't answer my question about light bending is that he knows for a fact it doesn't unless you make the atmosphere significantly non-uniform (this can be easily demonstrated with a laser pointer) and that ultimately disproves his "law of perspective and convergence".

aren't u the guy that talks about doing an experiment and then never does it?

can you do an experiment for all of us right now?

stand upside down on your head, and experience the blood rush into your head...

that's because the jugular vein is stronger than other veins because it is meant to pump blood upwards against the pull of gravity...
when we are upside down the jugular vein is pumping blood in the same direction gravity is pulling, therefore it pumps more than necessary and fills your head with blood...

I know of a great experiment for flat earthers and it only involves duct tape and a plastic bag.

does that mean an actornaught's head would explode in space with no gravity?

no, space being free from gravity, would not be the same as standing upside down...

there would be less extra blood going to your head, than there would be standing upside down while on earth

I haven't done the experiment because I've yet to get a prediction from the flat earthers.

You do the same thing there as you are doing here, refuse to answer with an expected result because you know for a fact the result will refute your claims, so you refuse to make any testable claims.

You keep saying "the law of perspective and convergence" but when asked about testing this "law" you always dodge.

Chivas agrees

do u get it now? can u see how this proves the earth is flat?

I add how the sun would/should then appear
Quote (kai_jph @ Sep 27 2017 03:05pm)
No it does not prove FE, because as you see objects get smaller the further away you get until they meet at the convergence/ vanishing point (from the vid and how human vision works)
http://image.ibb.co/jVvmW5/sunpcv.jpg

If we add the sun to the image above we would see the following if the sun got further away to the vanishing point at sun set

The sun however still appears approx the same size throughout the day and does not appear to get smaller the closer you get closer to sun set or night time

Then he doesn't agree anymore

you still don't get it then... *sighs*
