money is good
money-hungry people are bad

the energy produced in nuclear power plants is a good thing
launch a nuclear bomb is a bad thing

gas is a good thing because it helps to warm up
to make a genocide with gas chambers is a bad thing

medicine is a good thing because it helps to treat people
to do non-scientific experiments is a bad thing

etc.

Money is a good thing, but it doesn't make money-hungry people good persons.
