Fairly accurate calculator of your basal metabolic rate, although just an estimate:
http://www.bmi-calculator.net/bmr-calculator/Work that out, and that's (roughly) the amount of you calories you burn at rest, doing nothing. Add a few hundred calories for just walking around and doing stuff.
This calculator estimates how many calories you need to just maintain your weight:
http://www.calculator.net/calorie-calculator.html (You can put the option as BMR but you burn more than that even on your ass, so 'sedentary' would be more accurate.)
Maybe I was exaggerating with 3500 calories, but definitely 3000 you'd lose weight on. The only thing I may have assumed is that you don't have an underactive thyroid...
