Generic looking dog that doesn't get much exercise living in an apartment. Not ideal living conditions.
You can tell because the furniture and side walls have been chewed up. The poor dog earns for outdoors and instead he is locked up in a prison with a guy on heavy medication.

If the owner gets off his butt and take him for a long walks more often it would benefit him greatly. Instead we have an unemployed compulsive dear diary chronic spammer with nothing else going on in his life.
