OP's first mistake was playing console.
For PC version there is already a way. Right-click on your D2R shortcut, click Properties, and in the command line type "-enablerespec". Then when you're playing, you can open your character stat page, hold Alt and click an attribute. All stats/skills will reset.
And if you need a visual demonstration, there are several D2 content creators on youtube with videos showing you how.
Infinite respec without tokens or hacks. Enjoy!

Ops first mistake was being a broke ass bitch... 🤣 I am unfortunately too tight on cash for an upgrade of any kind for the near future. But absolutely will be going pc d2r next. ❤️
