Context is irrelevant. Card_sultan has told numerous different stories about how protected Antarctica is. He says you can't go there -> you prove you can go there -> he says you can't without the military -> you prove you can -> he says you can't explore freely -> etc etc etc.

Just more of the same. Card_sultan has stopped trying. All of his posts now are completely half assed.
