Slice of wholegrain bread with 10 grams of diary butter, 1 tbs of honey and 1 tbs of sugar syrup. I needed a boost (was feeling down) and am on a discipline streak. Man i don't think i've bought chocolate or any sort of pastry in soon to be two weeks.
