A personal relationship with the one and only Jesus Christ, placing your faith in Him that He died and rose again, shedding His blood as a Sacrifice for your sins.

You and I can say that very quickly and easily. In order to advance the conversation you must first hear it from their point to view so you can hear what their thoughts are. Do they have a personal grudge or are they investigating?

Given how he looks down on Christians, there is no need to go straight into a discussion just yet. It won't get you anywhere. He just asked you for proof, go on and give him the answer.

The Resurrection of Christ and the historical fact of it is undeniable proof that salvation is only in Christ and His death and resurrection.

If there were undeniable proof, there would be no need for faith. The Bible clearly states that one must put his trust in Jesus Christ to be saved. To do that, you must have faith. If God revealed Himself to you (thus giving you your undeniable proof) you would have no other choice but to believe in Him. That is not faith.

Following on from that, what people perceive as the biggest issue isn't what God perceives is the biggest issue. For people here they think the issue lies in whether or not God exists. God himself knows the biggest issue is with our sin.

God appeared to the Israelite's when he rescued them from Egypt. Look at the 10 plagues and the splitting of the Red Sea. The Israelite's had no doubt whatsoever that God existed.

If you read Exodus 15 the Israelite's sing a song to the LORD. Then you read verses 22 and 23 where they had been in the desert 3 days and grumbled against Moses. The Israelite's were enslaved for many years and they didn't last 3 days without grumbling.

This is incorrect.
Several different issues are involved here.
The "proof" is undeniable and refers to everything around you that God created, eg. the oceans, the trees, animals etc. No "man" can simply create these, only God.
The "faith" refers to Jesus promise to grant us eternal life in Heaven if we accept the gift of salvation. We are hoping (placing our faith in our Lord and Savior Jesus) that this promise is fulfilled when our earthly body dies.
Anyone can reject Jesus gift of salvation or deny him and take their chances with Satan and his false promises, this has nothing to do with proof or faith. It is making a choice with your free will.
You can't serve two masters, same as you can't "sit on the fence". If you don't accept Jesus, then you are serving Satan.
There is only 2 choices, an eternal life in Heaven or an eternal life in the Lake of Fire (torment, despair and with the gnashing of teeth).

Pretending that everything written ^ here is false and continuing to take delight in your sins daily, just means that Satan has successfully tempted you and whispered all that you wanted to hear in your ears.
