I meant. Take a plane and bring back pictures
how exactly?
try doing research first before commenting. Due to the Antarctic Treaty, under Decision 8 (2005) - ATCM XXVIII - CEP VIII, Stockholm the use of Heavy Fuel Oil is prohibited in Antarctica, falling under the category of Marine pollution.
The use of Heavy Fuel Oil (defining HFO in accordance to MARPOL Regulation 13 H definition of Heavy Grade Oil as all fuels of higher number than Intermediate Fuel Oil 180 (IFO-180)
so how would a plane fly all the way to Antarctica, if it can't land and refuel and make the journey back after taking all those said pictures?
