Alcohol definitely contributes calories in the weekend for me, I've switched to soda water and vodka and neat whiskey to cut out the calories in mixers like coke and juice.
tbh teeth are fucked already, not that quitting now wouldn't help, but they've always been kinda bad anyway unfortunately
