private business! jsp isn't a public entity as alluded to

Even something that would legally be considered a public entity even one’s funded by the government such as a library or public transportation can still refuse service/access to individuals that are unsavory and can remove you for words.

Edit: Still waiting on that bus fare I was promised.

true but a big slippery slope there. afaik it's only if they are disrupting business and/or making threats

"unsavory words" is so subjective. for example a citizen can tell an officer to fuck off. which is pretty unsavory, but they have every right to do so

Well aware it's a private business and they can silence you. But it begs the question why would you? There is nothing inherently wrong about asking questions about someone's beliefs. Seems like it's just a knee jerk reaction to save one's face or preserve ego. Ironically the bible and religion is being propagandiezed everywhere. From politics to what days I am not allowed to work on.

Also what about twitter/YouTube etc you be fine if they decide speech because they are also private businesses.

YouTube and Twitter already do that, now that twitter is X not so much from what I understand idk don’t use it.

As far as religious threads and such I wouldn’t call it so much as a knee jerk reaction because people openly and often go to those places in bad faith, no pun intended.
