Sucks you have to buy all the vaccum sealer shit to go with it.

get a pack of ziploc freezer bags, put your food in, submerge the bag in water (but keep the zip above the water level) = home made free near vacuum

Made waffles just now with my new waffle iron i got for birthday ^^ Dang it's good. With melted butter, sugar and raspberry jam ^^ Needed a new one because about half a year ago, i tried making it in the old i had .. i think i forgot to put in eggs, or maybe butter, or both.. can't remember which. Lol. I buttered the iron, and put a ladle of batter into it. It looked so weird ^^ The batter melted xD or it seemed to melt, and it burned right stuck to the iron ^^ Dang.. i took out the outlet.. tried to do whatever i could to get it off, but it was simply hopeless. I never experienced something that stuck to anything, lol. Spent a good 1-2 hours working on it, making almost no difference. Weirdest thing that ever happened to me in a kitchen, i think. Last plan was to make some sort of cleansing batter that i read about .. don't remember the recipe but it involved using a batter with lots of salt.I simply lost motivation, lol... I think it's destined for the electronic waste, lol ^^ Put in a good 10 years of service though. Did it's job and then some.
