I wish the justice department would being down hellfire on this agency and the poorly trained police they employ. But Jeff Sessions isn't going to do shit. Police mantra: shoot first, ask questions later. No weapon was seen because there was no weapon. That cop shot an unarmed man because "he thought" the guy was reaching for a gun. Dumb ass cop needs to be jailed for his gross negligence.

^a nauseating response by the police chief. Accepting no accountability AT ALL for criminal actions of the police officer.
I'm not gong to debate my opinion with anybody so if you reply, enjoy the last word.
You do realize most police officers never discharge their weapons in the line of duty, or even wield them for that matter. So of course an officer would be extremely nervous in this situation causing a premature discharge.
The guy who did the swatting said he had murdered people and was holding people hostage and was going to kill them too. Even went into detail on the call that there were brains splattered all over. He said he had guns
So these officers were showing up thinking people were about to die and they needed to act fast to save them.
How can you blame an officer for that?
