This may surprise you, but I dont actually eat much lol. Just eat really bad at bad times of day and I stopped taking my synthroid like 2 years ago and do literally 0 physical exercise. Its not the weed, its just my lack of caring lol

I understand this topic all to well, About 2 months ago I went into have gallbladder surgery. when I came out from having the surgery when I did my check ups I was 24 pounds down from when I went in. After I have been out I haven't wanted to jump on a scale just because I don't want to see what it is ^.^
I feel like I have lost some more weight just because my shorts don't fit like the use to before surgery. I cut out McDonalds instantly stopped eating it as soon as I got out haven't had it once just because there so fatty. need to get on the grind trying to not be a typical American right now. the fatty type haha :)

ya cant be 370 lbs without putting a shit ton of food in your body. the time of day doesnt matter, its calories in vs calories out. fatties always think they dont overeat and skinny people think they eat loads. habitual behaviour developed over years is hard to detect because its just part of your routine

I LOLd at this too. So when your calories out are only a few hundred, then what? LOL dont need to eat much to be over.

if you overeat at night calories to tend to turn into fat since you aren't doing anything... but that only applies if you eat more than you set out... aka you are still overeating if this is the case
