at the massive level(bitcoin) lets say you had 100 million or something in it, theyd crash it and either wait it out or start a new bitcoin.
basically its the same big wigs forcing people to buy a ral rune at 120k when its really worth .0012
so the game is relativity - you can only win if som1 else is screwed or holding on to it.
basically when retirement comes and if you try to cash out itll have to be at a big coin like bit, and even then if its a large amount youll have a hard time.
if every1 starts trying to collect their bitcoin retirement theyll pull that rug.
unfortunately its just a way for them to play monopoly banker with your actual hard cash.
id only use it for things like buying food that way theres no unrealistic expectation.
They already are monetizing it, theres a whole underground network that bets on your life btw.
thats why they want the wearables.
