You don't get Thanksgiving off?

I think we get 12 holidays
2 weeks vacay less than 3 yrs with a company
3 weeks after that
That's like the minimum by law

I think minimum sick days is 3/year?



thanksgiving for us is like in october, i think, we dont care about that it's not like in the states just happy to get a day off

I'll have to look into exactly what I get off. My company also offers an increase of time-off starting at 5 years. My time off rolls over each year, and before 5 years has a cap of 120hrs for each vacation and sick. at 5 years it goes up to I think 150hrs with a slightly higher accrue rate.

Also I thought you did live in the states? Maybe you've never said or I just don't remember.
