Found in particular the breathing practises interesting, I do similar things sometimes just because, see how long I can last, training mentality etc. Not often but every now and then.
And I was talking today with a friend about giving oxygen to the blood properly, how breathing well before say holding your breath a huge difference in how long one can last not breathing even as a beginner.... I will experiment some more later.
Come to think of it, this was a thing David blaine taught Joe Rogan (and me) - that one can prepare the body and give a lot of oxygen to the system through intense breathing before holding a breath.
Ya, I think it fits. It's not exactly a podcast, but it's similar enough.
