Whether I've flown it or not means nothing. You can find pictures on aviation forums of the same Qantas 747 taken either the same day or the next, depending on arrival time/picture time, one in Sydney, and one in Johannesburg. The same with other routes/airlines.

Book me on a flight to Sydney, then on a roundtrip between SYD-JNB, and I'll take that video for you. And I know a lot about flight speeds, aircraft performance, etc, having working in the industry for a decade. Any more dodging you want to do?

A single plane? Qantas' entire 747-400 fleet has operated that route at some point, as well as routes to cities like Santiago, and other airlines do the same with their aircraft. You don't dedicate one aircraft to a single long-haul route. First, you have two (one to operate each leg of the trip, which also means they fly the opposite direction, into your jet stream winds). Second, airlines also regularly rotate their fleet through specific hubs or focus cities to spread the operation throughout their network. Sydney, being a Qantas hub, is one such place where their 747-400s are rotated.
