hmm, i dont think ive gotten anything new recently ... i gotta change that.

went a little wild the other day, i picked up:

benriach curiositas (restock)
the octave (private bottling of benriach aged in octagonal casks, never tried before)

born tokusen junmai daiginjo (as yet, still the best ive ever had, we'll see after some of these other new ones)
miyozakura junmai panda cup
hitorimusume sayaka junmai
tenryo junmai daiginjo koshu (aged)
hakushika fresh and light junmai nama (x2, had before. cheap but still quite good)
ginban banshu 50 junmai daiginjo
hakutsuru tanrei junmai
ozeki dry junmai


that should keep me for a week or two....

the born is long gone, that went first, but we tried this last week. very good, almost as good as born, but not quite. definitely a bit nicer than our usual dassai 50.

now to decide which to have this week...

still working through the sake's. had the panda cup today. good, but not superb, but its only a junmai...
